UHMWPE bushing has excellent wear resistance, good low temperature impact resistance, self-lubricating, non-toxic, water and chemical resistance. The amount of wear (MPC method) is 20 mm.
1. High wear resistance, higher than some metals. The wear resistance of UHMW-PE is proportional to the molecular weight, and the higher the molecular, the more wear resistant.
2. Excellent self-lubricating property and extremely low friction coefficient (0.05~0.11). When working with sliding or rotating, it is lubricated than steel brass and lubricating oil.
3. Impact Resistance, among the best in all engineering plastics, UHMWPE impact strength is twice better than PC, 5 times better than ABS, 10 times better than POM and PBTP. Its impact strength increases as the molecular weight increases. Even at low temperatures, it will not break if subjected to strong impact.
4. Excellent chemical resistance. In addition to strong fluorinated acid solution, it can resist corrosion (acid, alkali, salt) and organic medium in a certain temperature and concentration range.
5. Excellent non-stick, ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene surface adsorption is very weak, its adhesion resistance is second only to PTEE, not easy to adhere to materials.
6. Water-repellent, UHMWPE low water absorption, generally less than 0.01%, only 1% of PA6, so generally do not have to dry before the molding process.
7. Impact energy absorption, impact energy absorption value is good, with excellent noise reduction effect, low noise during work.
8. Low temperature resistance, even at -269 ° C is not brittle. It can work at temperatures from -269 ° C to 80 ° C for a long time.
9. Excellent resistance to environmental stress cracking, 200 times that of ordinary polyethylene.
10. Non-toxic, tasteless, no exudate. Access to food and medicine.
