The use of cast stone microcrystalline linings in high-level silos and coke silos is common. The cast-steel microcrystalline linings have strong wear resistance. Generally, adhesives are used to adhere 200*300*25mm linings to the foundation. The characteristic of this process is that the lining boards generally start to fall off after about three years, and need to be repaired or replaced, and cannot be used for a long time.




 


3. Construction technology of wear-resistant stone lining


In the high-level silo and coke silo, the wear-resistant stone lining plate is cut and processed according to the size of the silo according to the 600*700*50 lining, and is laid layer by layer according to the I-shaped. The lining plate and the foundation are firmly connected by the expansion screw and the hanging piece, and the gap between the lining plate and the foundation is densely filled with cement mortar, and no gap is left.


4, wear-resistant stone liner


The wear-resistant stone lining is a new type of lining that has been researched and applied after years of experimentation. The material is characterized by wear resistance, corrosion resistance, temperature resistance and impact resistance. It is characterized by long service life and low cost. The service life of the silo can reach more than 8 years, and the slag ditch is 4-7 years.


The main component of wear-resistant stone is: SiO2 accounts for 72.02%. Its unique molecular arrangement makes it excellent in terms of wear resistance, corrosion resistance and impact resistance.
